For more than four decades, Daniel Frydenlund has operated where complexity, urgency, and opportunity collide. From venture capital and private equity buyouts to distressed restructurings and operational turnarounds, he has built a reputation for stepping into situations others avoid. 

Daniel’s career began in New England and expanded across more than twenty countries, spanning industries including wireless communications, software, oil and gas, renewable energy, manufacturing, and business services. Along the way, he partnered with organizations ranging from middle-market businesses to multi-billion-dollar investment funds, developing a deep understanding of how to create value in both growth and crisis. 

As founder of StageFund, Daniel acquired, restructured, and transformed more than fifty companies. Today, as founder and CEO of DFx, he has accelerated that vision into a more aggressive and execution-focused platform built for modern markets.
